Financial Worksheet

This Excel worksheet includes built-in formulas. Replace the sample text and amounts with your project information, and remove any sections that do not apply.

Rubric Form

Print this form and attach it to your application. Your principal or supervisor will complete the rubric, sign the application to indicate approval and forward all three documents to the director.

Please review your application carefully for spelling, grammar and clarity before submitting. Good proofreading strengthens your proposal and helps ensure an efficient review process.

Frequently Asked Questions

Before you submit your grant application

Please keep in mind that submitting a grant application is the first step and does not guarantee approval. Start by sharing your idea with your building principal or supervisor. If they support the proposal, it will move to your department’s director for review. From there, approved applications are forwarded to the District Superintendent, and then to the Foundation’s Board for final consideration. Before submitting, make sure the application is signed by you, your supervisor, and your department’s director. Applications without all required signatures cannot be considered.
